Roles and Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in core IT Technical Recruiter and HR functions will be an added advantage.
1.Assisting departments with their recruitment needs.
2. Coordinating prospective candidates, and interviewing them.
3. Assist implementation of HR policies and procedures.
4. Referring issues to senior HR.
5. Handle HR Activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
1.Good understanding of the JD/ job requirements, esp. the key IT skills and it’s terminology, as provided by the Product Heads.
2. looking for Delhi/NCR region candidate, having experience in IT Industry
3.Source Right-Fit candidates from various sources such as Job Portals, Networking Sites, References, Applications on Company Website, and others.
4.Evaluate the profiles, shortlist, and submission of right fit profiles to the respective Process Owners/ HR Head.
5.Ensure that the hiring process is completed within the Turn Around Times (TAT) as per the company’s mandate.
6.Negotiate with candidates and follow-through activities till on-boarding of the candidates.
7.Help the Team Manager in developing the candidate database.
8.Involve in all initiatives of the organization towards process improvements and individual competency building.
9.Good command of written and verbal English communication.
10.Expert-level knowledge and working in MS Excel and other databases.
