Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Lead Generation

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and segments for business expansion.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and maintaining regular communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Highlight the value proposition and benefits of our products/services to address client pain points.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide feedback from clients to aid in product/service enhancement and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal status using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, goals achieved, and opportunities for improvement.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive successful deal closures.
